Estate Sale Services:
An estate sale is aimed at individuals who need to sell the entire or partial contents of a home. Each family circumstance is different which is why we recommend a no obligation consultation. When the decision is made to contract the sale, we organize your items, merchandise, price and stage the sale similar to a retail environment. We also take the time to research items of value and reach out to our network of professionals for the best recommendations based on the current market value. We then photograph and post the sale with descriptions of items for sale. We advertise the sale to the public through various media sources to ensure the best turnout for the sale. On the day of the sale(s), we post signs throughout the neighborhood and major intersections. Typically, the sale is held for two days, sometime three, depending on the sale. After the sale, we clean up and box items for donation. We work with several clean up/donation companies for your convenience. Donation choices are always the client's decision. When we're completely finished, we leave the house ready for the next step!

We are Professional Organizers and have had many years of experience assisting clients in times of life's transitions. Everyone, at some point, will transition from one living situation to another.
